Maths is not an eligibility criteria for pursuing CA but the course itself involves some amount of maths, especially the foundation and final level. So, a good base in math would help you immensely in the subjects of Financial Management. But again, you don't have to have maths subject in your 10+2 to apply for CA exam. Alternatively, you may opt to apply for CA after completing your graduation. This way, you will be exempted from the foundation course and can skip studying maths in at least the foundation course.

You need to have a graduation degree before, to plan to opt for higher studies in order to become a teacher. Without a graduation degree, it won't be possible.

You have not mentioned your branch in class 12th. It depends on your area of interest. If you are from commerce field, you should go for B.Com, or if you are in Science field, go for B.Tech or B.Sc. If you belong to arts, then go for BA in your interested field.

the fees structure is on yearly basis and not semester basis
The course duration is for 3 years.
1st year = 60,000 and the same will continue for 2 more years

Yes, it's good but you can also opt for graduation degree along with it. You can opt for correspondence for doing it along with Diploma course. Because graduation degree is a must for great career opportunities in future. You cannot decide to get into college of your choice in Mcom in Delhi University. Admission is based on 2 criteria:
Direct Admission - Here, you will get admission based on your percentage in graduation. For Dse, Srcc it goes up to 95 + for general category, for example.
Indirect Admission - University conducts an entrance. The paper carries negative marking. So, it depends on your marks & relative ranking.
On the basis of your either score in graduation or entrance, you will be given admission in top colleges like Delhi School of Economics, SRCC, Rajdhani etc.
