It is a good decision only if you are focused and dedicated to clear the CA. It takes 5 years to complete the CA course. And if you are not completely sure if you can clear CA or not then go for BBA and then MBA.

For a BCom course at CGC Landran (Chandigarh Group of Colleges), pretty much admission is on the grounds of merit. Direct admissions do not usually happen, save for special cases, like management quota admissions or special considerations. For the majority of students, admission is purely on the basis of merit against the 10+2 marks, and selection takes place according to the merit list prepared by the college.

Both the exams have their own importance in their respective field. You can't compare CPT or CLAT because these entrance exam will take you to two different professional courses.
CPT is the entrance exam to become a chartered accountant whereas CLAT is the entrance exam for different careers in legal field.
Thus, decide what you want to do and for further queries feel free to revert back.

Most of the university do not allow it. Please go through the university admission process and check if they allow. Then only take TC from Gujarat. But as per my knowledge college transfer is easy but university transfer is difficult.
