Every branch has its own value whether its CSE or ECE. It's you who have to decide which branch is best for your career. As CSE has great demands nowadays but it doesn't mean that ECE is not a good branch. If you go with ECE, you are eligible for Public sector exams too.

Hi Glenn, what you study really depends on your interest. Also depending on the subjects you studied you can consider BCA B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Sc. IT, BMS etc. For better guidance, please specify the subjects you had in 12th.

Among ECE and CSE, deciding which one is better depends on the person's interest. Both are equally good. If you love coding and stuff, then it'll be better to choose CSE, and if you love more of circuits and robotics, then choose ECE. Between ECE and CSE, there are higher chances of CSE getting higher pay packages. But don't get disheartened. As for campus placements, mainly IT companies visit and they pool both from ECE and CSE background depending only on your abilities. As per me, you have should go for B.Tech in CSE in Manipal-Jaipur. Do not drop a year as it will affect your mark sheet. Your 12th percentage is good, do not spoil it by dropping a year.

You should check leading job portals first for the job profiles, also check the immigration Canada website for PR related information. Very important, since every province in Canada has different rules and regulations, you have to check for the same province wise. Since you have a PR status, availing this information from the government will be easy and also obtaining a job will be better as compared to foreigners.

There's just a small difference between the two in 7th and 8th sem in most of the universities.
A small hardware part is included along with Software in CSE, and IT includes only the software part. Hope you will understand. All the best.

Hope you are doing well. If you are from general category then forget about DAVV but if you are from OBC then you may have some chances that you will get this college and if you belong to SC or ST then definitely you will get this college with this marks in JEE Mains.

It completely depends on your rank, you might not get a lot advantage as per your reservation. Rank below 1500 is necessary.
