If you want to get admission in B.Tech in CSE in private college, you must score the minimum marks in the entrance exam which is conducted by the college. Do hardwork and focus as well as concentrate on your studies only. You will be able to get seat in college. Also, you should get the 60% in 12 for eligible for appear for the entrance exam. Computer science course is mainly for innovating things which is been studied and to come up with new ideas. Information Technology is more of using the technology rather than creating new things. B.Tech IT is a slightly cut down version of CSE, so CSE is any time better than IT but CSE is more difficult to get into than IT & a bit tougher too. Job companies prefer CSE over IT.
