Registration for B.Com has been closed in Delhi University.
The last date of application was 7 June 2018.
But you can search for other universities or private colleges for B.Com course.

Yes, it's good and you can. If you are interested in B.Com, then you should do B.Com, otherwise, BBA is another option for you.

You can continue pursuing your 12th in commerce & along with it, you can join a diploma course with a private institute in animation/software & sharpen your skills. In case you do well, you can always pursue further education in the said area.
Now a days, a lot of private institutes also offer Graduation/Masters programme in Animation and Software areas.

Please say how many years of course you have done and automobile and B.Com is different stream, so you will not get Government College, you can approach any private college they may give you admission.

You should have completed your 10+2 with at least 50% marks in +2 and commerce as the main subject in your +2 would be better.
If you are a Science student, you may opt for B.Com but accounts will be somewhat different and a completely new subject for you.

Good evening dear,
In most of the cases, the institutes conduct their own entrance tests for admission so that grade plays a major role in the process of admission.
But if the institute has 12th grades in priority then test is not necessarily conducted and admission is not possible in that case.

Admission procedure for B.Com (Hons.) starts usually in the month of June I. e. after the declaration of the results of HS examination by WBCHSE. A Candidate intending to take B.Com (Honours) course must fulfill the following criteria:
1. Minimum marks (in HS. or equivalent 10+2 examination) required for online application. For General category Candidates: 75.00% in aggregate and 60.00% in the related subject. For OBC-A and OBC-B West Bengal only Candidates: 67.50% in aggregate and 54.00% in the related subject.

Eligibility:
Candidates willing to apply to the University PG courses should have cleared 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognised Board and must hold a Bachelors degree of three years duration. Also, the candidate should have obtained 50% marks in the qualifying exam. However, for some courses, the minimum percentage is 55%. Note: Aspirants are advised to thoroughly go through the eligibility criteria as mentioned by Utkal University for the course in which they wish to secure admission.
Admission is based on the marks obtained in online admission test.

If you wish to pursue a regular degree, you need to fulfil the attendance criteria. Else, you can join any distance university and pursue B.Com from there.

B.com fee structure vary from college and university. If you talk about lower colleges, it will be around 3-4 lakhs and if you opt top approx 5 lakhs but not more than that. Don't worry about fee and choose your right career that important.

Total Fees for CA Foundation is Rs 10900. Total fees for CA Intermediate single group is Rs 28200 (for Foundation route), Total fees for CA Inter both groups are Rs 33400 (for foundation route), and total fees for direct entry route is Rs 33600. Total fees for CA Final is Rs 39800 (for both groups).
