With this rank 62727, I think you should go for CSE in ASEC. ASEC is a decent college for CSE with decent faculty and placements. It is much better than Asansol and I am sure about it.
Now if you think of going for higher studies you can join AEC but do remember ASEC will have the proximity of Kolkata which might help in getting better coaching for GATE or CAT etc.

As per your rank you will easily get CSE in the main campus of SRM University.

It depends on your talent. If you are really good then you can start a start-up business or company. For CSE, IITs NITs and IIITS are the best options. Some Central universities like BITS, VIT, SRM, SASTRA, KLU, LPU, Manipal University, Chandigarh University, Jaypee and Thapar are also good options.

Take up ECE as main and do part time courses in CS

BIT college ,PESIT college, BMS College ,BNMIT college are good.

You must work harder on your academics to be considered by the highly ranked Canadian universities. Basis your grades, you may check University of Concordia, VIU, Simon Fraser, etc.

Sorry to say but with this rank there are null chances of getting CSE in DTU/NSIT. However, you may get ECE/civil or mechanical with your score. Last year the cutoff for mechanical for OBC candidates was 75000 (CRL rank).

VJTI admissions are based on MHTCET and your marks in 12th are more than required. But, you need to get more marks in MHTCET, almost 90 percentile for admission in VJTI.

Manipal is a very good university, you can surely go there to pursue your CSE.
