Yes, Australia a hub for mining engineering and job opportunities related to it. It is also good for mechanical. The three branches are different so decide what you want to study, pick just one. For CSE, Canada and US would be better.

Most of the good engineering colleges admission in B.Tech CSE is based on the entrance examination. You may not able to get admission in any good engineering colleges in B.Tech CSE because of your below average academic performance. You are advised to review your career plan. B.Tech CSE from a donation will be pure waste of valuable years and money.

All fields of engineering are equally good for female students. However, females prefer CSE over automotive engineering because of more number of opportunities and comfortable working condition. Also, IT industry has more acceptances of gender equality and diversity.

Short terms courses should be in such a way that you learn something useful for your undergraduate degree.
As you are going to pursue B.Tech computer science, it is better to learn the programming languages as they form the basics of all software and object oriented programming.
This will be easy to learn in this short time also. Then, you should get updated with the latest technologies and those will not be taught to you.

Yes you can do B.Tech in computer engineering after 3 year Diploma in information technology through lateral entry process.
You can take direct admission after Diploma in lateral entry quota in any colleges. Whereas some universities take entrance test but most of the universities will give you direct admission.

Definitely you can study Masters in computer science after finishing your course in Information Communication Technology. For US you need to write GRE and TOEFL and for other countries either TOEFL or IELTS is sufficient
