<p>The cutoff trend for B.Tech at IIT Roorkee - Indian Institute of Technology has been decreasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for B.Tech. under general category for all India quota was 413. In 2023, it decreased to 412. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 213 to 196 for OBC, 123 to 109 for SC, 60 to 61 for ST, 75 to 70 for EWS, 26 to 28 for PWD. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.</p>
<p>Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 396 and closing rank was 412. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 164 and 1165. It will be difficult to get job in US and UK without experience as these countries may not give you work visas. You are advised to join Mid or large size IT company. Based on your experience and work you may get onsite assignment with in 2 to 3 years. Once you have onsite experience you can work out a plan for long term stay in these countries.
You can get good engineering colleges. Your score is nice. You can get a CSE branch. Getting a college also depends on your category. Some of the best engineering colleges in Gwalior that comes under top engineering colleges of Madhya Pradesh are:

Admissions into universities like Stanford, Harvard, etc. are not done basis of the scores alone. 95% is a great score. But what about your 10+2? And, also do you have extracurricular activities? Have you done any project and research work? Have you participated actively in sports and community services? If the answers are 'yes', then perhaps chances are there. Visit Stanford website and read about the admission requirement. You have to prepare yourself from now onwards. And, JEE Mains are not considered there. You must take the ACT or SAT.

To get admission in IIIT Hyderabad Well scoring for civil engineering Changes every year but I'd say a score over 280 or around it confirms a seat for you.
To get in UPES, you will have to score good IN UPESEAT exam.
If you have a natural talent in sketching and if you also have an interest in animation and VFX, you should straightaway take a career decision to enter animation in a big way. Depending on your age and current qualification, you should only search for studying animation at a professional level either as a full-time degree or Master's degree or specialised skill development courses.

I am not sure about the program, are you referring to computer science or computational and mathematical sciences? They don't have a specific CSE program. Please refer to their graduate program catalog, see the exact program you want to study and program specific admission requirements.
