For this rank you May try for other college CSE branch like jain college, Don Bosco. But if you really want to get into DSCE then you can try for DSATM which is the other branch of DSCE. I would like to tell you that NIT or IIT are not the end. There are other private or central universities which do offer quality education and conform to international standards. You can apply to these universities entrance examinations. Even these universities also provide scholarship based on your performance in 12 or in entrance exams.
