First, you should concentrate on your class 12th board studies and register yourself with ICAI. If your foundation in maths and accounting is strong then you can easily qualify the examination for CA after completing 12th.

The best options in front of you after B.Com are:
1. You can pursue M.Com, if you want to focus on a career in teaching.
2. An MBA in finance from a reputed B-school which has 100% campus recruitment. You need to appear for CAT or similar exams for that.
3. You can go for Indian professional accounting course like CA/ICWA. However, get ready to study hard for the next 3 to 5 years before you start your career as you have to pass 14 / 15 papers.

As I have mentioned in clearly in previous answer that after b.com you need not to give entrance CPT for CA.
You will be exempted from it.

Yes, you can pursue a degree in health care and management. There are universities that offer Post Graduate courses in Hospital Management. You can pursue it and join the healthcare industry in general management of clinics/hospitals

You will enjoy worldwide value as an international management accountant and get ICWA membership too by clearing just 2 papers of CMA US as per the reciprocity arrangement between IMA US and ICWAI body. Hey Dipanshu the latest cutoff for b.com at BBAU Lucknow is General Category -50%
SC/ST/PH candidates -45%
They also conduct entrance examination which has no negative marking so just go for it
