Though I am suggesting a few universities you must visit their websites for details and updates - Portsmouth University ( includes a sandwich year to gain work experience), Manchester Met, Teesside, and Essex. I don't know the exact answer you are looking for.But I can tell you that cut off for CSE and IT is a combination of 12th percentage+your entrance exam score.
You never gets to know what score you made.
There's criteria of preferences which you fill during your admission form,and on the basis of your merit, and availability of seats you are called for counseling session.
But there are many seats for CS and IT.
In my batch there were 116 IT and 266 CS students.
Make a good percentage in 12th and appear in entrance exam well(don't worry much about it,you can get the sample papers from website itself).
