BR (honors) would be a better option than normal BE because BE (honors) is considered higher in qualification than BE and attaining a honors degree itself means that the student ability and skills and intelligence. Companies coming for placements will give more preference to honors students.

JIIT is better option among your choices for doing B.Tech CSE based on facilities, faculties, placement records, alumni network etc.

After the completion of your Diploma, the best option for you should be to go for graduation as if you don't complete your graduation you will miss many good career opportunities in the future.
You can take lateral entry directly in the third year after Diploma so you can complete the graduation in three years.
So as per you interest, you can go for B.Tech or do a course in cosmetic.

It'll be a little difficult to say anything about VIT because last year around 4,720 students were offered admissions at VIT University ,Vellore and Chennai.
Out of this number, 3600 seats were offered to students at VIT Vellore and the remaining 1,120 at VIT Chennai but only the first 20,000 rank holders are called for counselling.
All major branches like CS, EC, EE are likely to close at 9,000 in main campus and 15,000 in chennai campus.

As on my opinion VIT is better in placements. But you should be sure for your future, so, google both the collages and see the reviews of the students. They can give you a better opinion as they have experienced the same.

Chandigarh University is best for CSE in terms of placement, reliable fees, good faculty and facilities.

Both branches are same till 7th semester. but there is difference in 8th semester.

As the digitalization began in India, there are increasing demand of computer engineering scope in near future. So, if you have to choose among CSE and EE, then must go through CSE as its placement is also good in CSE.

Please don't run after marks. Run after skills. 70% marks are sufficient in B.Tech. Rest is a bonus. Work on your skills. They are a must.

You can go for M.Tech in same.

Hello Ayush. If you are asking for Comouter science engineering, then I am sorry to say that most of the college have PCM in12th as eligibility criteria. So a commerce student won't be eligible for engineering. But you can always do various certifications in computer.
