Yes, in any university or colleges for a Bachelor of Commerce degree only. Your percentage in 10+2 matters and there is no other way than this. Alternatively, you may opt for BBA where admission is done by the entrance exam and that becomes your sole factor.

There is no direct effect on CA course because BFM course structure is quite different from B.Com pass or honors program. The main focus is on market research and studies. But, I would suggest you to concentrate on CA first and take B.com-hons with the combination that will be more suitable.

As per ICAI Norms, a CA Student undergoing CA Articleship is allowed to pursue . Form 112 for obtaining permission of ICAI to study additional course along with CA . to pursue the additional course through correspondence or Regular College. . permitted to attend college for any classes of any course (incl. graduation).
Law is good field otherwise you can also go for CA or MBA also has good job opportunities.

Admission process for B.Com will commence only after results of 12th are declared. This is so since there are no entrance exams. Colleges will admit students based on marks of qualifying exam.
You can check the minimum entry requirement of DSE, then accordingly check your percentage. If it fulfill the requirement, then you can apply.
