After B.Com Hons., there are jobs available in government and private sector for you. However, let’s not forget that B.Com is just a graduation course, therefore the job scope isn't that great for you. It does not mean that there are no jobs available for you. This is not the case, there are jobs, but not enough and the competition would be very tough.
To get job in government sector such as:
CDS
IAS
IPS
You will have to appear in competitive exams. UPSC conducts several exams for jobs in government sector. Some of these exams include:

Dear Yashil,
No If you are planning to pursue CA after B.com then you need not to appear in CPT, and this saves 6months of yours. so in case you comes in CA after B.com then you will be directly getting entry in IPCC which takes 9 months then 3years internship and a final attempt. in overall it will take Max, 4years if you manages to pass in one attempt every time.

no bcom is not compulsory for pursuing ca course and it takes minimum 5 yrs to complete a course including 2.5 years of articleship

As a commerce graduate, if you are looking a job then try to pursue following courses.
(a) CAT i.e certificate in account technician from ICMAI or ICAI.
(b) Advance Diploma in computer application in finance and accounts from recognized training institutes.
(c) PGDFM from NISM or NSE.
If you want to continue your study, you may pursue CA or CMA.

There are many options which are available after your B.Com. However, only having a graduation degree in commerce does not solve the purpose. To face the severe competition in the world, and to assure a decent job, one further needs to opt for either post-graduation or a professional course.
