Actually, there is no entrance exam for the B.Com (bachelor of communication) Hons. course at Samanta Chandra Sekhar College (SCS college). To study this course in this college, one must have passed class 12 and the cut off for admission was 60% in class 12th marks. Admissions in this college is purely based on merit in class 12th, so if you want admission, you should have more than 60 percent in class 12th. Then only you will join in your desired course.

Your question is not clear. I assume you want to know which country is better to do CA among New Zealand and India.
If yes - it is important where you want to settle down in India or in New Zealand. If you have plans to go and work in New Zealand then better you study there. As most foreign countries accept their own degrees and certificates.

An obvious progression would be to do an MPhil followed by a PhD depending on the level of expertise desired. Jobs available are teacher in schools and college.
On corporate side you have opportunity in finance department of corporate to work as an analyst, research work, consulting etc
