Yes, you can get admission to Modern Education Society's College of Engineering for a B.E. in Computer Engineering with a 75.64 percentile in MHT CET.
However, you will need to be a Maharashtra state candidate to avail of the state quota seat. as you have a better chance to get a seat under the state quota.
In 2021, the cutoff for the Computer Engineering branch for GSCH was 75.1 percentile, and for GSCO it was 83.5 percentile. Hence, according to previous year's trends, you can get admission if you have a home state quota.

It depends what your interests are. Even if you take CSE in any local college then you might get good placements from outside the campus via references or any portals. If you do not have an interest in a particular college/Subject then is no point in taking that because otherwise also you will feel burdened and bored after some point of time.

B.Tech in CSE is a very good branch and has a very good scope. The placement in this branch is also huge and almost every industry needs computer engineers. Since many countries like the USA has put restrictions on working visas and many engineers settled in other countries are coming back but there is a huge IT hub is being created in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, etc. So there are good opportunities available in this course.

Management & IT Consultant,

As per NASSCOM, Indian IT Industry revenues grew by 13% in FY2015 and it added 2,30,000 employees in FY15. NASSCOM has forecasted that IT industry exports will grow by 12-14% and domestic market by 15-17% in FY2016. I am of the opinion that IT is still a very good career option. Indian IT industry prefers CSE graduates over other engineering graduates. Therefore, BTech CSE have still good scope & bright future.

If the group is already renowned, than there are chances. They will maintain the same standard, but still before taking admission, enquire about faculty, affiliation, etc. because standard changes with geography.
