Well you know me,

Both are good, you should follow your intentions. If you are good at computer programming, it is better to take CSE. Otherwise, mechanical is much better.

You may opt for BITS Pilani, BIT Mesra, VIT University, SRM, Shiv Nadar University, Thapar University, NIIT University etc for B.Tech CSE. All these Institutes have good academics environment and placement records for brilliant students who give their 100% to studies.

cse is better to you because cec should be complicated because we should know minimum mathematics knowlodge so accourding to your point of view some what weak in mathes so you must chose ece i think

Hello Mohammad Muazzam, I can understand your angst and the anxiety of knowing about the cut-off information for seeking admission or applying for admission to this polytechnic in Pune. But I am afraid that there is no official information from either this polytechnic or from the direct rate of technical education of the Government of Maharashtra that they have prescribed any such cut-off for students to apply for admission. Since there are more alternatives in civil for government jobs, I can infer that you want to study M.Tech but not PSU if you want to succeed in GATE CS. I am listing the materials a kid will require for preparation since I was a GATE aspirant:

In 2020 the closing rank was 3565 and in 2021, the opening rank was 3415 and the closing rank was 3841, So be sure to be below this range so that you could get inside! All the best!
