Otherwise you can go for digital marketing programme with MBA marketing programme to enhance your knowledge and skills.

After completing B.Tech degree, one can apply for Bank P.O.(Probationary Officer) job. The exam for which is generally conducted by SBI and IBPS (Institute of Banking Personal Selection).
The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having completed graduation degree in any stream of education from a recognised university within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate.
Option 1: CA with correspondence B.Com
Pros:
1. You will have a lot of time to attend CA coaching, self-study and focus solely on CA.
2. There will be no attendance hassles.
3. Even, if you can’t clear CA in first attempt you will at least get a graduation degree.
Cons:
1. If you are unable to clear CA after the completion of B.Com. I seriously doubt if finding a job with a correspondence B.Com degree will be easy.
2. Until and unless done from a good institute a correspondence graduation will not help in shaping your career in any way.

There are only twenty seats available for B.Com (H) in NIMS.
There are many universities offering B.Com through distance. In my view, go for IGNOU. Regards.
Of course you can take admission for B.Com with good percentage, even in metropolitan cities like Mumbai. i.e. in Mumbai University.

B.Com is offered by University and Cabins offered by ICAI only. For CA coaching, you can join any private Institute near your house (or even online). None a college provide both.
