Hi,
There are many colleges offering UG Graphic Designing courses.
The top ones are mainly - NID, NIFT, Delhi College of Art and Banaras Hindu University. There are many other private ones equally good.

Eligibility criteria: Passed Class 12 from a recognised board or equivalent with Commerce / Business Studies, Accountancy, Mathematics / Business Mathematics/ Statistics, Computer Science / Economics. Last year cutoff was approx 83-87% for B.Com program.

In Khalsa College for taking admission in B.Com plus some other courses there is no need to take any entrance test. The admission is entirely based upon qualifying marks in +2.

Is it possible to transfer college in the middle of semester ?No you are not allowed to transfer from your college to any other college in between the semester You must have completed first year of Bachelor degree to avail the Migration facility offered by university.
No you not transfer b.com one state to another state if you do you need to repeat the year

Both Commerce and Economics honors graduation degrees are equally good. Both provide excellent job opportunities and scope. If your aim is MBA you can choose any. If you are targeting Civil Services examination then Economics is a better choice. If you want to do CA then Commerce is a better option. You must chose your graduation degree based on your interests and career preferance to excel.
