250+ are required in order to get a good NIT as you resides in UP, it is easy for you to get into NIT Allahabad with home state quota. You need a total score of 180+ in mains to get NIT Allahabad college with the core branch.

No, without clearing these entrance exams, you are not eligible for any government colleges according to the new education policy.

You need to take COMEDK exam, based on that score you will be eligible for any colleges in Bangalore. Bangalore has around 150 colleges. Management quota is also there, so if you can afford the college then you can get to study in top colleges.
