Yes, Sweden is a good place for MS in computer science and in terms of jobs, again it is a great place. But, cost of education is very high as well living expenses. You need around 30 lacs or more. BITS Pilani is the best engineering Institute for B.Tech CSE which does not accept JEE score.
B.tech in CSE is slightly better than B.tech in IT placement-wise. Otherwise, syllabus is pretty much same except for some subjects.

You can do a M.Tech in CSE after doing B.Tech in Mechanical, provided your GATE Paper must be Computer Science and IT, but it is highly advisable you gain a mastery in the domain you have graduated from. If you really are very interested in CSE and have understood and done some coding and other CSE subjects during your B.Tech then you can surely opt for CSE in M.Tech as there will be subjects having their basis in subjects of B.Tech. I suggest you to go thoroughly through the syllabus of CSE in M.Tech and then analyse which subjects from the B.Tech CSE are they dependent on.

Getting CSE is a bit tough for you at KIIT, but you can easily get EEE & ECE branch, ECE is better in terms of exposure and placements.

Until 2015, it was possible to take direct admission in most of the private engineering colleges in India without appearing for any entrance examination. However, 2016 onwards, Ministry of Human Resource and Development (MHRD) has made it mandatory to have a valid score in the respective entrance examination for every student, regardless of whether you take admission via counseling or direct admission.

It does not matter from whether you do B.Tech CSE from Government or Private universities. Brand image of college, placement record faculties and facilities etc matter more then type of Institute. BITS Pilani is private university but it can compete with any of IIT. A good option but you must check the program curriculum in details and see if it meets your career aspiration. The Netherlands is the fourth-largest exporter of IT services in the world, the top ones being the US, UK and Germany. Opportunities are available in the areas of mobile apps, gaming etc. Research opportunities are also quite good. So I would give it a shot if I were you.
It does not depend on the certificate. Although certifications can help you to showcase your knowledge to companies but at the end of day what matters is the knowledge. If you want to do certifications and you want to do in JAVA then OCA and OCP. if you have interest in Networking then you can go for CCNA(remeber CISCO is best for networking guys and it ususally preferred experience guys) , you can also do RHEL certification.
