Is this you JEE Mains score? If yes and you have also scored a good percentage in boards then you may get CSE in Government Colleges of your state. NIT will be little difficult

No, there is no difficulty in writing GATE exam. It doesn't matter what branch you have taken, you can appear for GATE easily.

After completing class 12th, you will have option for polytechnic Diploma. If you are good in studies, especially in mathematics, than you can pursue Bachelors in computer (BE/ B.Tech) in computer, IT, etc.
If you are not good in mathematics, then you can go for polytechnic Diploma in computer. After that, you can pursue a Bachelor’s degree in specializations as a lateral entry.
