Well, it is one of the most recommended course to do along with LLB, as this enhances your placement opportunities.
Also, law graduate with a CS degree will certainly have preference over others in corporate firms as well as law firms depending also on your CV.
So, LLB along with CS and a good CV will make your chances better in future.
The difference between accounting and finance is that in accounting you are maintaining books of records in form of computerised accounting or written accounting, but in case of finance, you are actually finding the price of the commodity which is produced, how much cost is required for the commodity? What are the expenses made on that? Accounting is for one year and finance is for a particular commodity which is not fixed.
For CSE or mechanical engineering branch at VIT, Vellore, your rank in VITEEE should be at least below 500 and 4000 respectively. This would ensure a seat at VIT Vellore whatever be the competition. If you are unable to get this rank, you can get admission but the fees will go high.
Yes, why not? Maximum students who can't study computer as the main subject in class 12th take admissions in BE/B.Tech, B.Sc and BCA, not only in CSE, but in every branch, it is not necessary that you learn that subject in your 10+2.
Best wishes.

You have decided to choose the challenging world of being an entrepreneur, versus the comforts of a salaried job. Coming from a business family, I guess you already know a lot about the risks and rewards of being a business owner. I have seen both sides of the spectrum - being employed with companies, versus managing your own business. The main difference is that when you are the business owner, you pretty much have to wear multiple hats, all the time! And so the skill Sets needed are vastly different than a job where you will be handing a particular function of the overall business. Do it!
LLB Eligibility: Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass Percentage either at the 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories.

If all the financial and academic documents required for a visa are available then you should be able to get the visa. Please take care that you submit all correct details and all documents provided are verifiable.
Well obviously having a CS along with a professional aw course is just another feather on one' s cap. However I would advise you to rather take CS alongside your law course. As it would help you to cover the legal portion of CS without any extra efforts. As subjects are quite common for legal portion in CS that would not burden you with.
Specify for which course you are interested. So, I can solve your problem.
