You can go for BCA. You should have scored a minimum of 50% in class 12th (any stream) to do BCA. Some colleges prefer students who have studied mathematics till 12th class whereas there are some colleges which give admission to those who had opted Arts or Commerce. Talking about career and job prospects in India after B.Com (Hons), it isn't having much of opportunities as there is so much of competition out there. So yes, it can be said that B.Com (Hons) is not enough for good career building. The exception is that you studied from SRCC or Hansraj that can get you placed with a package of 10 LPA or so.
Hence, it is advisable to go for post graduation or some professional qualification in order to build a career.
Talking about the job prospects abroad, it carries hardly any opportunities out there.

Yes you can. But I would suggest doing MBA instead. You can apply for M.Com. at your nearest college for admission for ease. If you want to pursue the course from a prestigious university then you will have to apply for entrance exam. Or you can do M.Com through Correspondence.

Well, both courses holds good at their respective places. It is the matter of choice of your interest. If you want to build career as an accountant or auditor and also if you are good at accounts then choose B.Com, else if you are more interested in learning Management principles and it's applications, then go with BBA.
