<p dir="a;ltr">IIT Bombay <strong>declared the results</strong> of CEED 2026 online on <strong>March 04, 2026</strong>. To check results, the candidate needs to log in to the result portals using their login ID. </p>
<p dir="ltr">Note that once an exam centre has been allocated, there is no scope to change it. In fact, CEED officials will not entertain any requests for a change in the exam centre. </p><p dir="ltr">The details of the exam centre allocated to the candidate will be mentioned in the CEED 2026 admit card. The allotment of CEED 2026 exam centre will done on the basis of the exam city seelcted by the candidate. Exam officials will also consider other factors like the address of the candidate and seat intake available in various exam centres in that particular city.</p>
<p dir="ltr">In an ideal situation, a candidate will need around 6 months to prepare CEED exam. It is because with enough time in hand, he will be able to go through each topic and also take time to understand the concepts.</p><p dir="ltr">But if there is less time, then one need to solve previous year questions paper, take mock test and study topics which are not very difficult. Candidates must go through the syllabus and pattern.</p><p dir="ltr">To start with, be judicious with your time and prepare meticulously.</p>
<p dir="ltr">The CEED 2026 exam will have two mandatory parts - Part A and Part B. Interestingly, Part B answer booklet will be evaluated only if the candidate qualifies Part A. If the candidate fails to qualify Part A or doesn’t meet the qualifying cut-off, then his or her Part A answer booklet will not be evaluated. </p><p dir="ltr">The scorecards of candidates who fails to meet Part A cut-off would only include Part A marks. Part B and Total marks, along with merit rank, will only be issued to those candidates who meet the cut-off.</p>
<p dir="ltr">The results of CEED 2026 was declared on March 4, 2026.</p><p dir="ltr">Meanwhile, the scorecard was made available for download from March 10, 2026, onward. So, you won't be able to download the scorecard at the time of declaration of CEED 2026 results.</p><p dir="ltr">The scorecard will be released online at the CEED 2026 - IIT Bombay admission portal - ceed.iitb.ac.in. <p dir="ltr">The result-sharing institutes of CEED 2026 will allocate some of their M.Des seats for CEED 2026 qualified candidates. However, these institutes may also use scores of other entrance exam for admission purposes.</p><p dir="ltr">So, if you have qualified CEED 2026, you can apply to these institutes. Note that there will be no joint counseling for the result-sharing institutes. So, you need to apply directly to the institute you are seeking admission to.</p>
<p dir="ltr">The CEED exam has two parts - Part A and Part B. The Part B answer booklet will be evaluated only if the candidate qualifies Part A. The minimum marks needed to qualify Part A is the qualifying cut-off for CEED Part A. </p><p dir="ltr">On the other hand, the admission cut-off would be released by the CEED 2027 participating institutes. It is the minimum score one needs to score for admission to the M.Des programme in their chosen category.</p>
<p>The application form for CEED 2026 is open now. Applications will open in online mode at ceed.iitb.ac.in. It was out on October 01, 2025.</p><p>All the details about the CEED 2026 application form will be updated on the admission portals, including the information brochure. The candidate needs to carefully go through the brochure to check their eligibility. </p>
<p dir="ltr">The scorecard for CEED 2026 is meant only for admission to the M.Des program offered by participating and result-sharing institutes. It cannot be used as a proof of birth. Further, the scorecard will also not be a legal document that can be used as a category or disability certificate.</p><p dir="ltr">Also, note that the scorecard of CEED 2026 will be valid only for a period of one year. So, if the candidate doesn’t take admission within that one-year period, the CEED 2026 scorecard will no longer be valid for admission purposes.</p>
<p>The candidate will be given an option to challenge the draft key. The schedule will be notified on the official website. The objections have to be submitted through the candidate portal.</p><p>The link to upload comments is expected to be activated on the official CEED 2026 admission portals - ceed.iitb.ac.in. The eligibility criteria for CEED is, that aspirants should have completed any of the below mentioned education qualifications by July : "Passed a Degree /Diploma / Post Graduate Degree Programme of 4-years or 3+2 years (after 10+2 level) or must be appearing for the final examination of such a program".

<p dir="ltr">Yes, there is negative marking in CEED question paper. Part A will include NAT, MSQ, and MCQ questions, and there is <strong>negative marking </strong>for MSQ and MCQ-type questions. There is no negative marking for NAT-type questions. Part B will be a subjective paper and will have no negative marking. </p>
<p dir="ltr">Yes, candidates must bring a printout of the CEED 2026 admit card for exam. Soft copies of the admit card will not be accepted. Also, along with the admit card, the candidate should also bring a photo ID proof.</p><p dir="ltr">Hall ticket for CEED 2026 was made available for download from January 2, 2026, 1 pm.</p><p dir="ltr">The candidates are asked to download the admit card without any delay. </p>

<p dir="a;ltr">The topics listed in the CEED syllabus is indicative in nature. Also, the syllabus is exhaustive in the sense that questions may be asked from all or some of the topics. So, the candidate can’t skip any topics when preparing for CEED. </p><p dir="a;ltr">The candidate is urged to go through the previous years' question papers to get an idea about the paper structure and types of questions asked. <p dir="ltr"><strong>Rohit Ravindra Waghmare</strong> topped the CEED topper list 2025 with 82.38 marks out of 100.</p><p dir="ltr">CEED 2023 exam was topped by<strong> Khyati Rathor,</strong> who secured the AIR 1. She secured 68.85 marks in the exam, out of 100 marks. Simon George Cherian got the second position and scored 66.63 marks.</p>
<p>The CEED test consists of 41 questions that students must answer correctly. NAT, MCQ, and MSQ questions are all included in Part A of the CEED exam. In the CEED Part A exam, candidates can receive up to 100 marks. It has a 25% weight. Part A will consist of a one-hour computer-based test. Take note that there are two parts to the CEED exam: Part A and Part B. It is required to complete both sections. A candidate will not be considered for admission if they attempt Part A but not Part B.</p>
