<p>Yes, the basic registration process for AIIMS M.Sc Nursing Entrance Exam 2025 has already started and ended. It was open from 8th April to 7th May 2025. Final registration and other steps were held between 17th April and 15th May 2025. If you missed these dates, the application process is now closed.</p>

Yes, you can pursue M.Sc nursing immediately after completion of your B.Sc nursing course. There are many colleges in Mumbai but it would be better if you choose the one affiliated to major hospital. Total list is quite lengthy and I am sure you can Google it.

The candidate should have passed B.Sc nursing or B.Sc Hons. Nursing or post basic B.Sc Nursing with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks from an Institution recognised by Indian Nursing Council. The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with any State Nursing Council.
If you have the eligibility mentioned above, then you may pursue M.Sc. in nursing.

Traditionally, nursing has been a women oriented profession. Though the number of male nurses is increasing. Outside of India the number of male nurses is much higher. There is a great demand of trained nurses. It does not make much difference whether you have done Diploma in nursing or B.Sc in nursing as far as job opportunities and growth prospects are concerned.
