qualification for being an air hostess is 12th or some where it is graduation , It will be great if you do some certification course from air hostess academy to get job in airlines

Air hostess jobs are full time and time-consuming. You cannot do it as part-time along with doing medical studies. For part-time, try to take up ground duty jobs in airport with any airlines as they have shifts.
But, I think a part-time job in airports will be very tiring as you also need to give time to your studies.
If you want to do it for pocket money then take up tutions (self-employed), rather that working.

(d) Good communication skills with mastery over spoken Hindi, English. Foreign language certification will be a good additional qualification.
In case you fit well in all these requirements, you should complete the 12th first then opt for any course.

You will be in getting cabin crew position. You can also try for ground staff.

To join as a cabin crew after completing class 12th, you can directly go for the interview conducted by airlines every month. In the interview, they will take your medical test too. If you want, you can join a 6 month course by Frankfinn.

Well, I can only say that Masters is always better than Bachelors as it gives a deeper knowledge.

Once you clear class 12 and attain the age of 18 you shall be eligible to apply for cabin crew / airhostess training. Usually no such training is required if you are well groomed and know how to carry yourself well. Good command over English is an important and it should be a part of your personality trait.

Bachelor in journalism and mass communication and cabin crew or flight attendant are two very different career choices. You will initially have to understand that which filed interests you the most and then select a career. If travelling is more fun to you, then cabin crew or flight attendant is a good option to go for. But, if you wish to enter into media field then go for BJMC.
