No Doon University didn't provide placement in government banks. Infact no institute or university provide direct placement in government bank or institutions. One need to qualify entrances and interview held by government organisations to get into bank.

CS has better scope after the passing of companies act,2013
Even CMA has better scope after that
but Passing percentage in CMA is very low
Evey year only about 1% of students appeared passed CMA
CMA can work only in few sectors like manufaturing,etc because Costing is not required everywhere
CS is applicable to many companies having paid up capital more than 5 crore
So conclusion go for CS
