<p>Keeping the current scanerio in mind, B.Tech CSE is giving Better placements in all universities. Be it Sri Padmavati Mahila Vishvavidyalay or any other. This is because of the changing and increasing demand in this particular field. Although B.Tech ECE students still get great placements. But comparatively Computer Science Engineering is more preferred and lands the student at a better place with better placement.</p>

Certification is a good choice. MBA could be a better option if you feel the subjects are of your interest. The job opportunities after MBA with a good salary package is definitely high. You can also choose a different stream after completion of a year, according to your interest and choice. Yes, it's generally in today's generation, it seems to have a very negative impact whether in case of admission for higher studies or job perspective.
Just make sure your class 12th percentage must be above 75% or at least 70% since the criteria for jobs is that students who have less than 60 or 70% they are not allowed to sit for the job the interview (on-campus placement). If you are fulfilling the eligibility criteria then it means that you can get a job.

Your score is very bad in class 12th. I would suggest you to go with class 12th again and improve your performance, because no one will hire you in future with your class 12th marks. Even you are not eligible for their criteria.
