You need at least (being from general) 75% for admissions into NITs. Though you have an excellent score, still you won't be able to get into NITs. Try for options which have the same reputation and lower boards score criteria.

Yes, you are eligible for computer Engineering but you will not get any good college e.g. NITs, government, semi-government or top-rated private colleges because you don't have good marks in JEE 2018 also in MHTCET. You will get computer engineering in average-ranked colleges. Go for counselling and take the computer engineering.
