Yes, it is very good especially the main branch that is Chennai branch. It is very good in terms of faculty, infrastructure and placements. Overall it is an excellent college but it is quite expensive. So in that case only it will be avoided by middle class families. All other branches of SRM has high fees but they lack in placements and faculty and infrastructure. One should go to SRM, Chennai only it is very good.

The eligibility for the B.Tech course in any of the college is that the student must have to pass his +2 or its equivalent degree from the recognised university or college. The admission process is that the student should appear for the entrance exam conducted by the government for the selection for eligible students by the merit list after the entrance exam. The student must pass the 10+2 to enter into the btech and the student must secure the marks if 35% in the entrance exam.
