B.Com and CA course can be done simultaneously. And, in fact there are thousands of students who opt for the Company Secretary / Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountancy course alongside the graduation.

Dear,
It all depends upon merit list and students. Sometimes, there are vacant seats but usually there is a rare chance that any seat will be vacant. So it's better to apply in private universities or have a gap of one year and clear your compartment and then apply for the good college.

You are not eligible to do M.Com because of your BCA degree. You are advised to do B.Com through distance, and then opt for M.Com.

Hello Chaitanya,
In my opinion, 'Maharaja Agrasen' is better than 'Shivaji College' because the former is ranked at 32 by MHRD'S NIRF rankings in 2018. While the latter is ranked at 59 by the same this year.
Maharaja Agrasen has got better placements and exposure offered and thus better 'graduation outcome'.
