Hi, UGC does not permit Universities to allow students to pursue dual degree or Masters at the same time. Even if you do by registering one degree in IGNOU and one in another distant or regular university, it won't be valid as UGC does not endorse that. So you can't do B.Ed along with M.Com from IGNOU.

Dear Raj, you can pursue you B.Com. It is not sure that you will get a well know college. However, the best part is you still have the right to continue your education from any college. The students do not exist because of institutions. The institutions exist because of students. Just be focused whether it B.Com general or some other course. You should have scored minimum 40 percent in aggregate at the 3 year Bachelors Degree Examination in any stream from a recognized College or university.
