GGSI University will be a better option for B.Com Hons because it has more opportunities available for placements. Maharaja Agrasen is also good but you have to check placement records for the same. Direct university have better options in terms of study and placements.

If you get a 652 on the CUET for B.Com, you stand a good chance of getting into some of Delhi University's most esteemed colleges. Colleges like Sri Venkateswara College, Ramjas College, and Shaheed Bhagat Singh College might accept you. Although they could be a little competitive, colleges like Hansraj College, Hindu College, and Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) are still feasible. To increase your chances of admission, be sure to keep an eye on the cutoff lists and adjust your application accordingly.

I think you can't pursue Computer Science because it is a Science stream course. You can go for CA if you are interested in accounting ormay go for IIM if you are interested in management or business studies.
On the other hand, IAS is most difficult but if you are interested in extensive study and are a seeker of knowledge, you may go for this.
So all of the courses totally depend on your field of interest.
Your percentage is good, so you can be admitted in a reliable course which you want to do.
However, universities have some other criteria, so it varies. All the best.

Hi Shivangi,
Let me clear your doubt that you can definitely do both the courses with B.Com side by side. You need to get yourself enrolled in the weekend batches or summer training course in your desired college. If not decided, then do apply for DCOP or NIP. They really have some best options available for you.

Is much more valuable as compared to B.Sc. Finance. By pursuing B.Com you can choose your career as CA CS Banker, Insurance Field, Teaching professional and many more so just go for commerce and have the brightest future.
