Are you saying that you missed the exam? In which month did you miss it, was it during November or May-June session? In your marksheet, it will be marked as absent and not an arrear as you have missed only one exam. Also, you can give it in the next term when your juniors will be writing the same subjects' exams. And, you only need to appear for that single subject.

For admission in B.Com, you need to have passed 10+2 with commerce subjects of Business Studies & Accountancy.

It's impossible as your marks in 12th is less you can apply from open University.
