IAM has many meaning, can you elaborate the exact course you want to study? Don't use short forms when posting a query, it misleads and is confusing to understand. Anyways, you can apply, but it will be a challenge with just 67% marks. German universities are very selective and highly competitive. In addition to Germany, I will suggest you to look for other countries and not just apply to Germany. Options can be France, UK, and Ireland etc.

B.Com programme where there is no such restriction. So, you can do B.Com pass from Ramjas College and other DU colleges also without maths, because Maths is necessary to do B.Com (Hons) in DU. You don't need to be worried about it. Nowadays, Maths subject is not compulsion for B.Com pass. The admission criteria is all depends on the DU cut-off lists and selection shall be made on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examination including one language and three best subject. After 12th, you can go for BBA or B.Com. Eligibility for both in most of the top universities is pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2. If you want to go to management, then you must go for BBA. IPU CET 2019 registration began on February 15, 2019. The university releases the application form through online mode only. Candidates can fill IPU CET application form for more than one course by submitting separate forms. There is no need to send the hard copy of the filled form to the university.
