This will entirely depend on the job sector you want to be in. If you want to make your career in the commerce, accounting and finance field, you can choose a course in one of these subjects. Finance is a good sector. Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc., are all financial capitals so you may have good opportunities ahead. Study as per your choice and interest, the exact course you want to study depends on your personal choice.

Yes, you are eligible for this entrance as the eligibility for B.Com is to pass in (10+2) from a recognised board or equivalent to it. Yes, a commerce student can apply for B.Com degree. You have to wait for the cutoffs and even some colleges prefer direct admission or spot counselling, so be aware for them from time to time. Good Luck.

If you wish to settle abroad, because you think there are more perspectives out there for Indian Chartered Accountants, then you are wrong, it won't be that easy. It’s better if you settle in India or else you have selected wrong courses. If you wish to settle abroad, because of social reasons, then maybe you will have to improve your educational recognition. There is no entrance test in University of Lucknow for admission in B.Com. The admissions are merit based, i.e, your score in 10+2 will be considered in order to give you admission in the said course.
