Hello Madhukar,
It's very good to know your dream of studying in Australia. It indeed is welcoming students with open arms but provided you have good academic performance. I would advise you to go to an agency dealing exclusively with this since there are plenty of nuances in whole process and only experts are aware of traps.
Best wishes.

In 2014, Germany's 16 states abolished tuition fees for undergraduate students at all public German universities. This means that currently both domestic and international undergraduates at public universities in Germany can study for free, with just a small fee to cover administration and other costs per semester. This good fortune may not last however. In autumn 2017 the south-west state of Baden-Wrttemberg reintroduced tuition fees for non-EU students, and it’s possible other states will follow suit in the coming years.
Non-EU students in Baden-Wrttemberg must now pay tuition fees of 3,000 (~US$3,500) per year, while those gaining... View more

Management professional,

There is a distinct difference between a degree and employability. Degrees are the base, it is something you build upon throughout your career. It is not just to clear the criteria but so that you can have your fundamentals in check. So, there shouldn't be any conflict as to whether a certification can supercede or substitute a formal degree or graduation. CCNA or Cisco Certified Network Associate is a base level certification to get into the world of networking. But, if one tries to find a job with this certification alone, it is going to always be a futile search.
I don't know of any company which would employ a 10+2 with a base cert... View more

In B.Tech, there are core subjects that include computer organisation, system programming, database management. It is taught in the engineering stream. Hello Dheeraj,
IIT Dhanbad is not actually an IIT, it is ISM Dhanbad, the famous institution for mine engineering. IIT Jodhpur is a new IIT as compared to ISM Dhanbad, so no placement data will be available for you to judge which one is better, in this case, go for the IIT that is old and established I.e. ISM Dhanbad
Hope this helps! All the best.
