You can do M.Tech in robotics but that depends on your interest. Being from CSE background is a plus point for you. It requires knowledge of both software and hardware. Since robotics is a specialised field it requires passion, patience and hard work. If Robotics is your passion then go for it.
But choose a good college as many universities don't offer an engineering degree in robotics.

Yes, you can get. It is very greater chances that you will be getting a seat in IIIT, or NIT in CSE branch. But also at same I suggest you to decide a plan b means just choose another college also for the admission as a backup plan. Means if you are unable to get a seat in IIT etc. Then you have a second option too. By this your time will not wasted. By the way hope for the best. IIIT sricity and NIT So are both new infrastructure and IIIT sricity mentored by IIT HYDERABAD, NIT Andhra Pradesh mentor by NIT Warangal. Both have decent placements. IIIT sricity fee is very high compared with NIT Andhra Pradesh. Fee waiver is not applicable in IIIT where as NITs fee waiver remission is available.
