If you wants to take admission in CSE in Delhi, and you still not appeared in any entrance exam, so you must try in Galgotias University. This college take their own entrance exam Called GEEE last date to Apply is 30 May, so apply and appears in exam held on 11June all over the India.

These courses may be the certification courses or diploma courses generally, so these courses are not equivalent to B.Tech or B.C.A /M.C.A. If you want to pursue career in IT sector then you can choose diploma, if you have only tenth class certificate, or B.Tech/ BCA if you have an intermediate in science.

Indian IT industry accepts BTech CSE to be a superior degree in comparison to MCA. CSE attracts best student talent after +2 stage. I am of the opinion that BTech CSE has better job prospectus in comparison to MCA grads.

After completing class 12th, I would suggest you to appear for IIT JEE and AIEEE. These two entrance examinations provide admissions to IITs/ NITs and other government colleges, which are cost-effective.
I would also suggest you to appear for individual state examinations (OJEE in Odisha, EAMCET in Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana, COMEDK in Karnataka, etc.). These exams also guarantee you good colleges and serve as a backup in case things don't end up the way you've planned for IIT/ AIEEE.
