It’s better to go for one more attempt, if you do not have more than 1 year of gap in your education. Prepare well for next year’s MBA entrance exam. Keep practicing the questions of topics covered in CAT syllabus. Do join a good test series to evaluate your performance. Just keep a determined and regular practice towards preparation.

To become a marketing manager in a good firm, you have two options:
First, you can go for BBA and MBA in marketing management from reputed B-Schools like IIMs or ISB. Other option is you can pursue BBA and then after gaining some experience, you can pursue E-MBA from a reputed B-School like IIMs or ISB. Both the ways are good but you have to do a lot of hard work.

You can download previous year CAT question papers or model question papers available on various websites. You can refer books like Arun Sharma, Trishna, Pearson Guide to Quantitative Aptitude/ Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation/ Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning for CAT by Nishit Sinha. You can appear for next year's CAT. Also, join a test-series of any good coaching institute. Weekly tests will help you to assess your preparation.

You can prepare for anything, CA or ICWA, or CS and you may even prepare for various other Entrance Exams, like CAT Banking Exams, LIC Exams, etc. The syllabus of CA/CS/ICWA overlaps with BBA to some extent. And with BBA. You'll have more time to prepare for other Competitive exams, since the subjects are quite easy and there are only a few technical subjects in the whole course, so you don't have to run for coaching (like in case of B.Com.).
All the best.

You can go a BA in music like instrumental music, classical music courses, etc. Music is one of best options to make a career after class 12th, but it depends on your learning centre. You should have passed 10+2 or equivalent in any discipline with music as an elective subject from any recognised board. As you do not have music in class 12th so I would suggest you to follow your passion and join some academy for music which will help in grooming your skills and make a career in the same.

See, first of all to opt for B.Com(H) you should have studied maths in 12th class and also you should have a good percentage of marks. So on the basis of your marks, you can check out the cutoffs of colleges of DU. I would suggest you to take admission in Delhi University but yes keep in mind that B.Com(H) has more value than B.Com(P).

1) If you are planning to take up B.Com after doing Science in 11th and 12th you will surely need to take up a crash course in accountancy and economics.
