I would like to suggest 3 books:
- Springer Handbook of Robotics: Bruno Siciliano, Oussama KhatibA rather massive and comprehensive book about robotics at large.
- Amazon.com: Introduction to Autonomous Mobile Robots: Roland Siegwart, Illah Reza Nourbakhsh, Davide ScaramuzzaA great introduction to mobile robotics: kinematics, perception, localization, navigation planning.
- Probabilistic Robotics: Sebastian Thrun, Wolfram Burgard, Dieter FoxA more advanced book about probabilistic methods in robotics, such as monte-carlo, and their applications to robot localization and SLAM.

Initcomponents is a method that NetBeans swing designer creates to initialize components. It doesn't really have anything to do with the JFrame class.
You can call the method whenever you like. For Java, it is just like any other method. The NetBeans IDE, however, calls it inside the constructor to control the parameters you have passed via your GUI editor of Netbeans. It is by default private.
You can think of it as the connection between the GUI Editor and Java. So if you remove it, probably you will not be able to use the functionality that NetBeans provides to work with components.
R, Python, Scala, SAS are the common languages taught in data analytics course.
To become a computer engineer you may pursue Bsc i n Computer science or BE .
You must have a good logical n analytical approach.
5 years of gap is huge, I won't advise you to give more than two years for any government job as if you work hard with strong dedication, you will be able to clear maximum government examinations. After a gap of five years, it will also be really difficult for you to get a job in private sector.
Revit is basically a BIM software, BIM stands for Building Information Modeling, it includes features for architectural design, MEP and structural engineering and construction.
3D Max software is used for many purposes like animation, movie effects and architectural visualization.
A. To work with Revit, you need some knowledge on construction planning and designing.
B. 3D Max does not require much of knowledge on construction.
C. In Revit, rough estimation of cost involved can be derived. We can have scheduling details.

You have following option to join IT industry:
1. As a software engineer: Software engineering deals with building and maintaining software systems. It is more applied than computer science, placing greater emphasis on the entire software development process, from idea to final product. It is also more disciplined than computer science.
Following are the options to become a software engineer:
I. B.Tech or M.Tech CSE/ IT. Some IT companies recruit any branch engineer and train them in house to make them software engineers.

3 things, which you need to learn:
The first thing to learn, why there is really no such thing as a certified ethical hacker and comprehend why the terms certified and hacker are orthogonal.
To put it bluntly, the moment you get certified, you are no longer a hacker. Unless, you choose to buy into our cultures morphing of the word hacker - wherein it has been modified from one who, with little or no formal training, enjoys exploring the limits of what is possible in a field, typically in a spirit of playful cleverness. You don't get certified to do this, and getting certified more powerfully indicates that you are not doing it.
Some of the benefits / advantages of ISTQB software testing certification are:
1. The questions are multiple choice, practical in nature and intuitive which makes the exam easier than others.
2. There is no minimum qualification or experience needed to take the foundation level exam.
3. Individuals from IT and non IT field can take up this certification. This means that you can take up the exam when you are in college, in between jobs or trying to switch from another field into testing.
Having a software testing certificate like ISTQB demonstrates mastery of the best practices and key concepts in the field of software testi... View more
A computer system consists of mainly four basic units, namely input unit, storage unit, central processing unit and output unit. Central processing unit further includes arithmetic logic unit and control unit. A computer performs five major operations or functions irrespective of its size and make.
These are:
1. It accepts data or instructions as input.
2. It stores data and instruction.
3. It processes data as per the instructions.
4. It controls all operations inside a computer and
5. It gives results in the form of output.
Every institute has a different fee structure for computer Science hons. Please decide on the college and accordingly explore the details.
Hello Abhishek,
Facebook, Amazon, etc. aren't dependent on just one programming language, they involve many. A markup language for designing Front End user interface (probably XHTML/CSS), web programming to validate data (probably PHP), security validation for logins and privacy settings (probably JAVA servlets), a background database to store information (probably SQL/Oracle Database), a pipeline to connect the user interface to the database (probably JDBC/ODBC). Along with these, there could be many more programming languages being used as per the requirement.
Building such an application isn't the job of a single person. It invo... View more

Hi,
There is no need to spend the money. You can check MOOC courses available on Coursera, Future learn or Khan Academy. A middle high school student may not need very high level of training.
Hi Akhilesh,
IT (Information Technology) is a growing field, in India, and is looked upon, as one of the industries to provide jobs. A science student, interested in joining the IT bandwagon is usually confused between many courses on offer at the undergraduate level and might end up joining a course which might not be as beneficial as some other course.
B.Sc (Computer Science)
The B.Sc (CS) course mainly focuses on the mathematical and theoretical foundations of computing, rather than teaching specific technologies that may quickly become outdated. The course prepares you for higher education.
I hope it helps. Please fee... View more
