Hello Neha,
Before starting with the application process, you should check the admission requirements, I hope you are aware that most universities do not accept three year Bachelor's degree programs. Also, MS programs are highly competitive. You will find PG Diploma options. If you have communicated with universities already willing to accept your degree then it's a good news. Regarding your gap, you can do a course related to your area or try to take a solid project work in the area of commerce or accounts, etc. You may also engage yourself in extracurricular activities.

Eligibility Of the Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com]
The basic eligibility for admission to any of the B.Com. programs is a pass in Higher Secondary School Examination with Maths and English as core subjects. However, different universities release cut offs. Cut offs largely depend on the performance of students in the 10+2 exams and the number of qualified students applying to the course. Though, there is no work experience required for the course, students with work experience can also apply.

Hi,
Hotel management is an undergraduate course and the age limit for general and OBC is 22 years. I would suggest you not to go for hotel management. After B.Com can do MBA in Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, and General Management etc.
You can also do MBA in Hotel Management from abroad.
If you are still interested in hotel management undergraduate course and you are 22 or below, it's your call.

Education loans are provided only for full-time Bachelor's degree and Master's degree courses. Also, the university reputation and your academic profile will matter. So for CPA, I am afraid, you won't get any loan.

Having Maths in 10+2 is a pre-requisite to take economics as a career. Hence, you cannot pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. You can probably look for other career options like B.Com BBA BCA ICAI, ICWA and so on.
