You can go with M.Sc. In Data Science which some colleges offer after you complete B.Sc. In Computer Science. Else you can go with M.Sc. In computer Science.

As you have already completed JAVA and android coaching. I would suggest, you should go for Unix and CISCO certified courses. Also, ensure that you keep revising the concepts of the courses you have done previously. It isn't necessary to have a bunch of certificates for placements. A few of them are enough provided you have complete knowledge of the same.

The courses which you are referring to are certifications. CCNA, CCNP are certifications provided by Cisco. You need to prepare for the certification exam, apply for the exam and clear the exam in order to be CCNA, CCNP certified. There is no college for it as it is not a degree program.
