Hello Ravi,
With this marks you will not get admission in a government college in UP as there is a requirement of rank below 30000 which is only possible with more than 250 marks. You should try in any other college.

It depends upon the cutoff which varies from year to year. You just check the cutoff and merit list of different universities.
Outside UP too you can use your UPTU rank to get admission in a branch of your choice. Check with some good private universities.

Okay, if you belong to a category then you have a chance to get mechanical at this rank in JSS, otherwise, it is hard.

I doubt, if there will be about 1800 seats under LEET. But, you must take part in admission process. Do not loose hope till last.

Yes you get GFTIs college by josaa counseling as your rank is 40k and you get good college in UPSEE as your rank is good in UPSEE exam.
Now it's depends upon you that in which college you want to join.

College change or university change after first year is completely dependent on college and university norms, some university allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in first year to apply for the same. For further details contact the college authorities.

Getting CSE & IT would be quite difficult, but yes, you can get any other branch in that college with ease.

Sorry to say, but you cannot get CSE in NIET. As your score is not so good, you will not get CSE. If you want to choose another branch, then it might be possible to get admission.

Books are dependent on your Diploma branch, but for lateral entry, you have to clear all your doubts and you should have proper knowledge of your subject.

HBTI has a good name in market and placement cell is also apparently working well. As per my information, close to 100% placement is achieved in this institute.
