Both B.Com professional course and RBI exam have equal importance at there places. It depends on what you want to do further and in which field you are interested in. If you have interest in banking field then for sure you must go for RBI exam and if you want to complete your degree first then you may go for B.Com. As per the priority, RBI exam is a preferable choice.
Dear Suvankar,
It is absolutely fine, even if you have done M.Tech, you can pursue CA. However, I personally believe that you already have a very good degree and you can make a wonderful career after M.Tech. Studying CA is altogether a different thing with all new and different subjects will be a waste of time, as long as you only have a passion to acquire high qualifications. It is advisable to go ahead and perform in your stream of expertise. I hope this would suffice. All the best and God Bless You.
It's always best to go for a regular degree (as compared to a correspondence course) whenever the option is available. Let's look at your dilemma in two parts for a holistic reasoning: (I) Whether to opt for getting a Bachelor's degree at all? (ii) Regular vs. Correspondence

1. There is no guarantee one will clear all the CA exams in the first attempt (though I hope you do). You won't have any degree against your name to speak of till then. To me, that's a scary thought.
2. Till on... View more

Hi Prashant,
Regarding the selection between BBA or B.Com this one of the classic confusion faced by almost every commerce aspirant. If you think that your aptitude matches to the management study and your only goal is to get into a management career, then BBA would be the best choice for you. If you wish to learn a variety of skills as well as academic subjects during Bachelor degree, wish to avail various post-graduate opportunities besides MBA, interested in learning finance and factors that drive economic behaviour at both an individual and organisational level, then B.Com would be a wise decision. No career option is better than a... View more
