CSE is very good at Manipal University, Jaipur. It has a proper infrastructure and environment.
I have heard that UPES, Dehradun is very costly as compared to other private colleges. Moreover, the best career option available at UPES, Dehradun is petroleum.
So as far as I know, Manipal Jaipur is going to be a better option for CSE.

Many reputed private universities are offering B.Tech in Civil and Mech. They have different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission because of JEE scores, some offer admission on the basis of their own tests and some offer admission because of both. Some even offer direct admission on the basis of class 12th marks. Some universities also offer scholarships on the basis of your performance in class 12th or JEE or their own tests. Rest is yo... Hi, Opt for computer Science if you want to enter into IT sector else you can pursue law, but for law try to opt for integrated course which offers Honors degree like:
B.Com LL.B. Honors
BBA LL.B. Honors
BA LL.B. Honors
Also, for getting admitted in law you have to crack CLAT/LPUNEST examination. Start preparing according to your passion and interest. LPU is there for both the programs!

While selecting the right engineering college is a big decision, both for you and your family. It is these four years that will help decide what you will do in life. And as you have specifically asked about B.Tech CSE in LPU then I would tell you substantial points which will help you to decide: In LPU, B.Tech CSE is an Engineering programme which seamlessly articulates the concepts from basic Science to technology with relevant practice through lab and projects...
