Hi,
Both NIT Agartala and NIT Rourkela are good. In case of CSE in NIT Agartala, Placements: Placement is not very much impressive. Because of its remote location few companies are willing to visit for campus placements. Placement for CSE branch is comparatively good. 90% of the job offers come from IT sector. Placement for non CSE branches are not good. Generally 2u20133 IT service based companies (like Infosys, IBM, Wipro, Tech Mahindra etc. ). Visit for mass campus drives. They hire like 70u2013150 people in a slot. Then some product based IT companies (like Samsung, Oracle, information edge etc. ). Also come. They hire like 2u20137... View more

Hello Parakshi,
For doing B.Tech in Rajasthan, it all depends which college you are joining. UPES is a nice college, it has a very good record of placement and its infrastructure is also quite good and having good facilities. In Rajasthan also, there are good colleges, but all the colleges are not good. So it all depends which college you are joining. UPES has 18 specializations in Computer Science and in India there are very less colleges which provides specialization. So you can join UPES also. It is a nice college.

Your package is in your hand as a lot of good companies approach SRM. You can get a salary of 30 LPA or more as the highest salary, but it really needs a lot of skills. Thank you.

Yes, of course, you can do B.Tech in computer Science and engineering. As I am also doing same there is no such huge level math and Science. You can do it easily. Take care of few things:
1) Take admission in good and reputed college or University.
2) Be regular in class, because if you will be regular in the classes you easily understand all the concepts.
