Try in some good private colleges which take admission on the basis of class 12th PCM marks.

Gulzar Group of Institutes, Ludhiana
GNA University, Phagwara
Indo Global College of Engineering, Mohali
Amritsar College of Engineering and Technology, Amritsar
Aryans Group of Colleges, Patiala

You can try your best, but the chances of getting this college is quite low. So, I'll prefer you to look in other colleges. Also, if you get any of these colleges, then it is good to have it, but if not, then you should have a backup plan.

For computer science engineering or electronics and communication engineering, IEM Kolkata will better among these colleges in terms like training, education and placements.

CSE branch is not possible in top colleges in bangalore like- RVCE, BMSCE, MSRIT, PES University, BMSIT , PESIT.

There is no category wise reservation in VITEEE exam, everybody is considered same.
Regarding preparation for CSE, you need only 2 things:
I) Good grip over NCERT textbooks and previous years’ VITEEE question papers.
ii) Proper time management, as the questions are not tough. But, need to solve as much as you can to get good rank.

It is difficult for you to get admission for B.Tech if you did not take maths in 12th. Most of the colleges require a PCM score and entrance exam score to give admission.

CSE versus ECE. The debate goes on from year to year. However, from the perspective of placements, CSE outscores ECE by miles. At least in the force-able future, this situation is likely to continue and the students will get placed. As you seem to like both the branches equally I would rather advise you to go for CSE since at least for the present and also in near future opportunities in this branch or really great. Many private colleges have programme in which they take a test and if you get a good rank then they will reduce your fees. List the private colleges in which you want to take admission and then find about the programme. Then whichever college suits you, take admission. Good luck.

CS and IT are the best among this for career. The world is moving towards digitization so career growth will be there in CS or IT. Also, these fields are evergreen and will never come to an end. The packages offered are also good. Marine engineering is good but restricted to a particular field. With CS or IT you can have a wide scope for your career.
