I'll prefer you the UPSEE as this is better in than the Seemant Institute in terms of environment, study pattern and there curriculum as well.
The only way to get into VIT is by writing the entrance test VITEEE. VIT now has 4 campuses. So, you should get CSE in them! We have a category system. Based on the rank u are called for counseling and you pick your seat! The first category fee is around 12 Lacs for 4 years including hostel and tuition. If category one closes, then you can take a seat in category one of another campus or category 2 based on your campus preference. Fee increases by around 1 Lacs per year in each category!

As per your marks your chances are nil for getting admission in MIT Pune, however the college do have management quota so if you are ready to spend some money then you can easily get admission there.

The cut-off varies from year to year. But reviewing the previous year cut-off, I feel you have good chances of selection.
Chances are less actually. In CSE seats get filled pretty soon but once you get into college you can easily change your branch to CSE.
Just have good CGPA & some extra money have to be paid to get into it.
No doubt, you should go for GLA university. As GLAU is best in every aspect. Whether it would be its infrastructure, educational procedure or placement offers. Doing B.Tech CS from there is something like icing on the cake. The placement opportunities that GLA provides in this particular branch is highly commendable. The highest placement % of GLA University is in this branch itself which is 92% with the highest package of 22 Lacs per annum in the session 2018 -19. More than 50% of the faculty member of B.Tech CS in GLA are with the degrees from IITs, IIITs, NITs. More than 85% of the faculty member are with minimum 7 years of experience.
Probably, in internal sliding or in last round. But, chances are very low. Although in 2015, last candidate was around 9500 (after every round that did happen including internal sliding), but can't be sure for this year.

It depends upon cut-off. But according to this year, the cutoff were 81.
So, 160 is not enough for CSE in top NITs.
But, you can GFTIS and good state government colleges.
You should pursue CSE from MNNIT. Just visit <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="www.mnnit.ac.in" style='word-wrap:break-word;'>www.mnnit.ac.in</a> and check for the placement.
You can also choose Warangal or Trichy.

Placements for computer is really good here. 2 years ago, nearly 35 students got placed in infosys, persistent like companies. But the current scenario about the placement s is not very good. You can say, it is below average.
